来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及对患者性激素与糖类抗原125水平的影响

Effect of letrozole combined with didroxyprogesterone acetate on the level of sex hormone and carbohydrate antigen 125 in patients with endometriosis

目的 探讨来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及对患者性激素与糖类抗原125(CA125)水平的影响。方法 选取2018年10月至2020年10月于本院治疗的150例子宫内膜异位症患者,按照随机法分为两组,每组75例。两组患者均给予必要的护理和健康指导,对照组给予地屈孕酮片药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予来曲唑片,比较两组治疗前后性激素水平、CA125水平及临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组血清卵泡生成激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体素(LH)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组E2水平低于治疗前,且研究组E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组FSH、LH水平变化比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前,两组血清CA125水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组血清CA125水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症效果显著,能明显降低患者体内的雌激素水平,下调CA125水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of letrozole combined with didroxyprogesterone in the treatment of endometriosis and its effect on the levels of sex hormones and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) in patients with endometriosis. Methods A total of 150 patients with endometriosis who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. Both groups were given necessary nursing care and health guidance, the control group was given didroxyprogesterone tablet drug treatment, and the study group was given letrozole tablet on the basis of the control group, the levels of sex hormones,CA125 levels before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum estradiol(E2), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) levels between the two groups;after treatment, the E2levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in the FSH and LH levels between two groups. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum CA125 levels between the two groups;after treatment, serum CA125 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%, which was higher than 72.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of letrozole combined with didroxyprogesterone in the treatment of endometriosis has significant effect, can significantly reduce the level of estrogen in patients, and down-regulate the level of CA125,which is worthy of clinical application.
