自拟益气养血祛风汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的效果及不良反应分析

Effect and adverse reaction analysis of self-made Yiqi Yangxue Qufeng decoction in the treatment of laryngeal cough

目的 探究自拟益气养血祛风汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的效果及对不良反应的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的1500例喉源性咳嗽患者,利用计算机数字随机模型法分为观察组与对照组,每组750例。对照组施以常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上联合自拟益气养血祛风汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、病灶检查积分及用药安全性。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为98.40%,低于对照组的88.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医主症咳嗽症候积分、咽痒症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咽部黏膜慢性充血积分(PMCHS)、咽部黏膜水肿积分(PMES)及咽后壁淋巴滤泡增生积分(PLFHS)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间对患者进行用药随访,两组均未出现用药相关不良反应。结论 益气养血祛风汤治疗喉源性咳嗽患者效果显著,可明显改善患者病灶及症状,且用药安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and adverse reactions of self-made Yiqi Yangxue Qufeng decoction in the treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods 1 500 patients with laryngeal cough treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by computer digital random model method, with 750 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with self-made Yiqi Yangxue Qufeng decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine, the clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, lesion examination score and drug safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.40%, which was lower than 88.93% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of cough syndrome and pharyngeal itch syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the pharyngeal mucosa chronic hyperemia score(PMCHS), pharyngeal mucosa edema score(PMES) and posterior pharyngeal lymphofollicular hyperplasia score(PLFHS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);During the treatment, the patients were followed up, and there were no drug-related adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Yiqi Yangxue Qufeng decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with laryngeal cough, which can significantly improve the focus and symptoms of patients, and has high safety, it is worthy of clinical application.
