雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装在人工流产术后的临床价值

Clinical value of complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets after artificial abortion

目的 探讨雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装在人工流产术后的临床应用效果。方法 选取2017年10月至2018年9月本院收治的80例实施人工流产术患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组方法分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规治疗方法(口服益母草和抗生素),实验组在常规治疗基础上联合雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗,比较两组术后阴道出血时间、阴道出血量,术后14 d子宫内膜厚度、月经复潮时间。结果 实验组术后阴道出血量少于月经量的占比为85.0%,高于对照组的50.0%(P<0.05);实验组术后出血时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组月经复潮时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后14 d,实验组子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人工流产术后口服雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装能缩短月经复潮时间和阴道流血时间,减少阴道出血量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets after induced abortion. Methods A total of 80 patients with induced abortion who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment(oral motherwort and antibiotics), while the experimental group was given complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets on the basis of conventional treatment. The postoperative vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume, endometrial thickness at 14 d after operation, and menstrual rehydration time were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of postoperative vaginal bleeding less than menstrual volume in the experimental group was 85.0%, which was higher than 50.0% in the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative bleeding time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time of menstrual rehydration in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The endometrial thickness of the experimental group at 14 d after operation was thicker than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets after induced abortion can shorten the time of menstrual rehydration and vaginal bleeding, and reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, which is worthy of clinical application.
