结直肠癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复情况及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the recovery and influencing factors of gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with colorectal cancer after operation

目的 分析结直肠癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复情况及其影响因素。方法 选取2019年1—12月本院收治的82例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受结直肠癌手术治疗。收集所有患者临床资料,统计患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间,采用单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析结直肠癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复情况及影响因素。结果 82例结直肠癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复正常53例(64.63%),恢复延迟29例(35.37%);Logistic回归分析结果显示,开腹手术、术中出血量≥400 ml、手术时间>3 h、有腹腔积液、体重指数(BMI)≥24 kg/m^(2)为结直肠癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复情况的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论 开腹手术、术中出血量≥400 ml、手术时间>3 h、有腹腔积液、BMI≥24 kg/m^(2)可能会增加直肠癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复延迟的风险,临床应根据上述因素制订有效的防治方案进行干预,以利于术后胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the recovery of gastrointestinal function and its influencing factors in patients with colorectal cancer after operation. Methods 82 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, all patients received colorectal cancer surgery for treatment. The clinical data of all patients were collected, the recovery time of their gastrointestinal function was counted, the recovery of gastrointestinal function and its influencing factors in patients with colorectal cancer after operation were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results Among 82 patients with colorectal cancer, 53 cases(64.63%) had normal gastrointestinal function and 29 cases(35.37%) had delayed recovery;the results of Logistic regression analysis showed that open surgery,intraoperative blood loss ≥400 ml, operation time >3 h, ascites and body mass index(BMI) ≥24 kg/m^(2) were the influencing factors of gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with colorectal cancer(OR>1, P<0.05). Conclusion Open surgery, intraoperative blood loss ≥400 ml, operation time >3 h, ascites and BMI≥24 kg/m^(2) may increase the risk of delayed recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with rectal cancer, according to the above factors, effective prevention and treatment plan should be formulated to facilitate the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation.
