益气通络汤对气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者炎症因子的影响

Effect of Yiqi Tongluo decoction on inflammatory factors in convalescent hemiplegic patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type cerebral infarction

目的 研究益气通络汤对气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者炎症因子的影响。方法 选取2018年7月至2019年8月本院收治的56例急性脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组给予抗感染、调节水电解质等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气通络汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医症候评分、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NHISS)与日常生活指数(BI)及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平。结果 治疗后,两组偏身不遂、口眼歪斜、气短乏力及NHISS评分及血清hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-18水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组BI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 益气通络汤可缓解气虚血瘀型脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者的临床症状,有效提高患者日常生活能力,改善患者神经功能,同时抑制炎症反应,增强治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Tongluo decoction on inflammatory factors in convalescent hemiplegia patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 56 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment such as anti-infection and water and electrolyte regulation, while the observation group was given Yiqi Tongluo decoction treatment on the basic of the control group. The TCM symptom scores, National Institute of health stroke scale(NHISS), daily living index(BI), serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and interleukin-18(IL-18) levels between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,paralysis, mouth-eye deviation, shortness of breath and fatigue scores, NHISS score and serum hs-CRP, IL-1β, and IL-18 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);BI scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of hemiplegia patients in convalescent stage of cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
