摘要
目的 探讨痰细菌培养标本留取时间对下呼吸道感染患儿痰细菌培养标本检测结果准确率的影响。方法 选取2018年12月至2020年7月本院儿科确诊为下呼吸道感染的236例患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组118例。研究组于入院次日清晨空腹时采集患儿痰标本,对照组于入院当天任意时间采集患儿痰标本。痰标本培养3 d后,使用全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统进行细菌鉴定,并分析痰培养的阳性检出率和准确率。结果 研究组痰培养阳性检出率(72.03%)明显高于对照组(40.68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组痰培养准确率(95.29%)明显高于对照组(76.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 下呼吸道感染患儿痰细菌培养标本的最佳留取时间为清晨空腹时,可有效提高检测结果的准确率。
Objective To investigate the effect of retention time of sputum bacterial culture samples on the accuracy of sputum bacterial culture samples in children with lower respiratory tract infection. Methods 236 children with lower respiratory tract infection diagnosed in pediatrics of our hospital from December 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 118 cases in each group. The study group collected sputum samples on an empty stomach in the next morning after admission, and the control group collected sputum samples at any time on the day of admission. After sputum samples were cultured for 3 days, the automatic bacterial identification and drug sensitivity analysis system was used for bacterial identification, and the positive detection rate and accuracy of sputum culture were analyzed. Results The positive rate of sputum culture in the study group (72.03%) was significantly higher than 40.68% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The accuracy of sputum culture in the study group (95.29%) was significantly higher than 76.09% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The best retention time of sputum bacterial culture samples in children with lower respiratory tract infection is fasting in the morning, which can effectively improve the accuracy of detection results.
