超敏C反应蛋白联合降钙素原检测在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的 探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合降钙素原(PCT)检测在新生儿败血症早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2017年1月至2020年1月于本院接受治疗的46例新生儿败血症患儿作为败血症组,选取同期局部感染新生儿52例作为局部感染组和56名健康新生儿作为对照组,比较3组血清hs-CRP和PCT水平。结果 败血症组hs-CRP和PCT水平均明显高于对照组和局部感染组,局部感染组hs-CRP和PCT显著高于对照组(P<0.05);hs-CRP联合PCT检测新生儿败血症的灵敏度与特异度均高于hs-CRP和PCT单独检测。结论 hs-CRP联合PCT检测有助于新生儿败血症的早期诊断,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) combined with procalcitonin(PCT) detection in the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis. Methods A total of 46 infants with neonatal sepsis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the sepsis group, at the same time, 52 neonates with local infection were selected as the local infection group and 56healthy neonates were selected as the control group. The serum hs-CRP and PCT levels of the three groups were compared. Results The levels of hsCRP and PCT in the sepsis group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the local infection group, and the hs-CRP and PCT in the local infection group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of neonatal sepsis were higher than that of hs-CRP and PCT alone. Conclusion The hs-CRP combined with PCT detection is helpful for the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis, worthy of clinical application.
