预成纤维桩与可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用安全性及有效性比较

Comparison of safety and efficacy of prefabricated fiber posts and plastic fiber posts in oral prosthodontics

目的 探讨预成纤维桩与可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用安全性及有效性。方法 选取2019年10月至2020年10月于本院接受口腔修复治疗的50例患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为常规组与观察组,每组25例。常规组应用可塑纤维桩治疗,观察组应用预成纤维桩治疗,比较两组治疗前后咬合力、咀嚼功能和治疗后并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组咬合力及咀嚼功能评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于常规组的32.00%(P<0.05)。结论 与可塑纤维桩相比,预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的治疗效果更明显,能有效提高患者的牙齿咬合力,进一步改善患者的咀嚼功能,降低治疗后并发症发生率,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of prefabricated fiber posts and plastic fiber posts in oral prosthodontics. Methods 50patients who received prosthodontic treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into routine group and observation group according to the drawing method, with 25 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with plastic fiber post, and the observation group was treated with prefabricated fiber post. The occlusal force, masticatory function and complications after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the bite force and masticatory function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%, which was significantly lower than 32.00% in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the plastic fiber post, the prefabricated fiber post has a more obvious therapeutic effect in oral prosthodontics, can effectively improve the patient’ s occlusal force, further improve the patient’ s mastication function, and at the same time reduce the incidence of complications after treatment, with high safety.
