小儿纤维支气管镜术前应用精细化护理的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of refineed nursing before bronchoscopy in children

目的 探讨小儿纤维支气管镜术前应用精细化护理的效果。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月于本院实施小儿纤维支气管镜检查的124例患儿作为研究对象,其中2019年3—9月的60例患儿作为对照组,2019年10月至2020年3月的64例患儿作为精细化组。对照组术前准备实施常规护理流程,精细化组术前准备实施精细化护理模式,比较两组术后并发症发生率、术后1天汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、一次进镜成功率、麻醉诱导合作量表值及家长满意率。结果 精细化组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精细化组HAMD和HAMA评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精细化组手术一次进镜成功率高于对照组,麻醉诱导期合作度量表(ICC)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精细化组家长满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿纤维支气管镜检查术前实施精细化护理模式,可降低术后并发症的发生率,提高手术成功率,改善患儿情绪,提高患儿家长满意度,促进护理人员的专业技能和服务态度的提升和医患关系和谐。

Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing before bronchoscopy in children. Methods A total of 124 children who underwent pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects, of which 60 children from March to September 2019 were selected as the control group, and 64 children from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the refined nursing group. The control group was prepared to implement the routine nursing process before operation, and the refined nursing group was prepared to implement the refined nursing mode before the operation. The incidence of postoperative complications, the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) at 1 d after the operation, the success rate of one entry into the mirror, the value of the anesthesia induction cooperation scale and the satisfaction rate of the parents of the children after the operation were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the refined nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of HAMD and HAMA of the refined nursing group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The success rate of one entry into the mirror in the refined nursing group was higher than that in the control group, and the anesthesia ICC scores was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of parents in the refined nursing group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative implementation of refined nursing mode for pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the success rate of surgery, improve the mood of children, improve the satisfaction of children’ s parents, and promote the professional skills and service attitude of nursing staff, improve the doctor-patient relationship.
