摘要
该文使用试验室搭建的全场相干层析系统对人体肝组织进行微米级别分辨率的深度成像,并提取成像结果的多种类型参数进行分析。结果表明,病变组织呈现出一些代表性的量化特征,具有更高的分形参数、均值、方差和熵,且局部的像素间变化更加剧烈。基于以上量化分析结果,该文提出了用于筛选病变肝组织的参数集,可以帮助病理专家在术中快速判断组织病变情况,并判断病变组织的边界,实施更加精准的病变组织切除。
In this paper,a full field optical coherence tomography(FFOCT)system built in the laboratory is used to perform the depth imaging of human liver tissues with micron-level resolution and various parameters that can be extracted from the en face images are analyzed.The results have shown that the pathological tissues present some representative quantitative features,including higher fractal parameter,average,variance and entropy,as well as a more intense local structure variation.A parameter set has been proposed to classify the pathological changes which can help pathologists to quickly diagnose tissue lesions during surgery and determine the boundary of malignant tissue for more accurate resection.
