摘要 通过对钙锌热稳定剂的特点进行分析论述,认为将钙锌主稳定剂与辅助热稳定剂进行复配得到高效、无毒的钙锌复合热稳定剂是目前钙锌热稳定剂的主要研发方向。综述了多元醇酯类、亚磷酸酯类、环氧类化合物、β-二酮类和水滑石类辅助热稳定剂与钙锌热稳定剂复配的协同稳定机理和研究进展,为高效、无毒、环保的聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的发展提供参考。 Through the analysis and discussion of the characteristics of calcium-zinc heat stabilizers,it is considered that the main research and development direction of calcium-zinc heat stabilizer is to combine calcium-zinc main stabilizer and auxiliary heat stabilizer to obtain an efficient and non-toxic calcium-zinc composite heat stabilizer.The synergistic stabilization mechanism and research progress of polyol esters,phosphites,epoxy compounds,β-diketones,hydrotalcite auxiliary heat stabilizers and calcium-zinc heat stabilizers are reviewed,which provides reference for the development of efficient,non-toxic and environmentally friendly PVC heat stabilizers.
