摘要
介绍了宁波某公司30 kt/a废酸再生装置的工艺原理、技术特点及自2014年装置开工以来出现的废热锅炉管壁结垢、装置联锁跳车、催化剂床层压降上升快等问题,分析了问题产生的原因,针对性地采取优化措施,保证了废酸再生装置及上游烷基化装置高负荷长周期运行。
This paper introduces the process principle and technical characteristics of the 30 kt/a waste acid regeneration unit of a company in Ningbo,and the problems such as tube wall scaling of waste heat boiler,unit interlock tripping,and rapid rising of catalyst bed pressure drop since the unit started operation in 2014.The causes of these problems are analyzed,and targeted optimization measures are taken.The high-load and long-term operation of waste acid regeneration unit and upstream alkylation unit are guaranteed.
