保胎灵胶囊联合地屈孕酮对先兆流产患者孕酮人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平及凝血功能的影响

The effects of baofetuing capsule combined with dydrogesterone on progesterone human chorionic gonadotropin levels and coagulation in threatened abortion patients

目的 探究保胎灵胶囊联合地屈孕酮对先兆流产患者孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)及凝血功能的影响。方法 选取2020年2月—2021年6月台州市中心医院收治的114例先兆流产患者为研究对象,通过完全随机法将其分为对照组(57例)和观察组(57例)。对照组患者使用地屈孕酮进行治疗,观察组患者给予保胎灵胶囊联合地屈孕酮进行治疗。对比两组病情恢复情况,通过全自动凝血分析仪检测纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen, Fib)、D-D水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测孕酮和hCG水平,对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组孕酮、hCG水平升高,Fib、D-D水平降低。观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 给予先兆流产患者保胎灵胶囊联合地屈孕酮进行临床治疗,能够有效调节机体孕酮、hCG水平,凝血功能得到改善,使黄体功能恢复正常。其治疗效果明显,保胎率有所提高。

Objective To investigate the effects of baofetuing capsule combined with dydrogesterone on progesterone, human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) and coagulation in patients with threatened abortion.Methods A total of 114 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Taizhou Central Hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control(n = 57) and observation(n = 57) groups by complete randomization. Patients in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone, and patients in the observation group were treated with a Pauling capsule combined with dydrogesterone. The recovery of the disease in the two groups was compared, and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB), D-D were measured by a fully automated coagulation analyzer;Progesterone and hCG levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, progesterone and hCG levels increased and fibrinogen and D-D levels decreased in the observation group compared with the control group;The effective rate of clinical treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with threatened abortion using the protect fetal Ling Capsule Combined with dydrogesterone was able to effectively regulate the levels of body progesterone, hCG, coagulation function was improved, and luteal function was restored to normal. Its treatment effect is obvious and improves the rate of fetal protection.
