Research progress on biological function of lactic acid bacteria and its application in poultry aquaculture production

乳酸菌为革兰氏染色阳性菌,可分为球菌和杆菌,能够发酵糖类产生以乳酸为主的产物,具有抑制有害微生物生长、维持肠道微生态的动态平衡、调节肠道菌群、增强机体免疫力和提高动物生产性能的作用。文章综述乳酸菌的生物学功能、作用机制及其在家禽生产中的应用,为乳酸菌在家禽生产中的应用提供参考。

Lactobacillus are gram-positive bacteria, which can be divided into Coccus and Bacillus. They can ferment sugars and produce lactic acid based products, which can inhibit the growth of harmful microorganisms, maintain the homeostasis of intestinal microecology, adjust the balance of intestinal flora, enhance body immunity and improve animal performance. The paper reviews the biological function, mechanism of action of lactic acid bacteria and its application in poultry production, to provide reference for promoting the application of lactic acid bacteria in poultry production.
