摘要
为进一步提升电器包装件仓储、运输过程稳定性,通过文献研究法对国内外堆码试验标准进行差异性分析,并结合实际案例进行应用分析。分析表明,不同标准对堆码试验方法、试验参数及压力载荷计算公式有不同的规定。在堆码试验过程中,应基于实际堆码情况选择运输包装测试标准,制定不同的堆码试验方案,使设计的包装更加实际化、合理化。
In order to improve the storage and transportation process stability of electrical packaging parts,the paper used literature research method to analyze the difference of domestic and foreign stacking test standards,applied research with case studies.The analysis shows that different standards have different regulations on stacking test methods,test parameters and pressure load calculation formulas.During the stacking test,the transport packaging test standard should be selected based on the actual stacking situation,and different stacking test plans should be formulated to make the designed packaging more practical and rational.
