摘要
针对某一集成灶风机系统进行三维建模,采用三维数值模拟方法对集成灶风机内流场结构进行了分析。通过分析原型A的模拟值和实验值,优化了风机型线、出口长度和方向,再对原型A和优化模型C进行数值模拟及实验对比分析。结果表明,在机箱和出风管保持形状位置不变状态下,优化模型C性能较原型A大幅提升。其中左侧出风量提升1.7 m^(3)/min,噪声下降0.97 dB(A);两侧出风量相差0.16 m^(3)/min,基本趋于一致,均匀性得到明显改善。
The internal flow field structure of an Integrated Cooking Appliance fan system is analyzed by three-dimensional numerical simulation. According to the results of the numerical simulations and tests, an improved model, which involves fan curve, length and direction of export is obtained. The comparison of the numerical results for the original A and improved model C shows that the performance of the improved model C is higher than for the original model A. The air flow on left side is increased by 1.7 m^(3)/min, and the noise level is decreased by 0.97 dB(A). The air flow difference on both sides is 0.16 m^(3)/min. So the air flow uniformity is improved obviously.
