摘要
燃气采暖热水炉作为煤改气工程的重要产品,在我国北方地区安装量逐年上升,因改造主要为老旧小区及村落,供水流量、水温等存在多变,导致生活热水出水温度不稳定,进水流量小、水温高时出水温度远高于设定问温度,严重影响用户体验。本文研究了多种改善极限进水情况下的出水温度稳定性方案,并对启停点火逻辑方案进行了详细分析验证,可在低成本燃气采暖热水炉上推广应用。
As an important product of coal-to-gas engineering,the installation amount of gas water heater has risen year by year in northern China.Since the main renovation were old communities and villages,water supply flow and temperature changes frequently,resulting in a hot water unstable,the water temperature is much higher than the setup temperature on small flow rate and high temperature,which seriously affects the user experience.This paper studies a variety of effluent temperature stability programs,and analyzes the start-stop ignition logic scheme,which can be promoted on low-cost gas water heater.
