摘要
滚桶洗衣机外桶结构设计不合理,会导致内桶在转运过程中偏心挠度过大,造成洗衣机在运行过程中整体不稳,来回晃动甚至走动,也会造成内桶转运时撞壁产生异常噪声,影响消费者的正常使用,带来市场投诉,甚至对品牌口碑产生负面影响。本文介绍一种方法,通过CAE仿真的方式可以便捷的计算出内桶转动过程中的最大挠度,指导结构设计。
Barrel of washing machine tub structural design is unreasonable,can lead to a bucket in eccentric deflection during the transfer process is too big,cause the washing machine in the process of running the overall instability,shaking even walking back and forth,hitting the wall inside the bucket transport caused by abnormal noise,affect the normal use of consumers,bring market complaint,or even a negative impact on brand reputation This paper introduces a method that can conveniently calculate the maximum deflection of the inner barrel in the process of rotation through CAE simulation to guide the structural design.
