摘要
冰箱内关键零件的结构强度均需要保证冰箱在受到跌落冲击时的整机可靠性,在进行零件结构优化或者降成本设计过程中通常需要通过仿真对设计进行评估,如果采用整机跌落仿真的方法进行验证,需要耗费大量的时间和精力,本文提出一种静力仿真分析方法,可以在保证仿真结果可靠性的前提下大幅提高仿真效率。最后通过某型号的箱体模型及仿真分析,验证本文所提出的仿真方法的可行性及有效性。
