摘要 随着中国社会经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高,国内厨电产品市场慢慢由中低端产品转向高端智能化产品。传统的燃气灶具由最早的仅能实现基本的点火功能,升级为电子点火式并具有熄火保护功能,现如今市场上已具有自动控温、自动控火、防干烧安全保护等功能于一体的智能灶气灶具。然而燃气灶具的自动化功能实现,都是基于锅底温度传感器对锅温检测的输入进行判断处理,从而实现控制功能或者实现防干烧安全保护功能。可以说,正是有了锅温检测这一技术,才实现了燃气灶具丰富的智能功能。但实际在燃气灶具的应用中,锅温检测结果的准确性一直困扰着广大厂家,大大降低了智能程序的控制精度。本文针对目前家用智能燃气灶具领域的锅温检测方法及温度偿的方法,提出了一些设计思路及建议。 With the development of China’s social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the domestic kitchen electrical products market has gradually shifted from medium and low-end products to high-end intelligent products.The traditional gas stove has been upgraded from the earliest one that can only realize the basic ignition function to the electronic ignition type and has the function of flameout protection.Now the market has an intelligent gas stove with the functions of automatic temperature control,automatic fire control,anti dry burning safety protection and so on.However,the realization of the automatic function of the gas stove is based on the judgment and processing of the input of the pot temperature detection based on the pot bottom temperature sensor,so as to realize the control function or the anti dry burning safety protection function.It can be said that with the technology of pot temperature detection,the rich intelligent functions of gas stove are realized.However,in the actual application of gas stove,the accuracy of pot temperature detection results has been perplexing the majority of manufacturers,which greatly reduces the control accuracy of intelligent program.This paper puts forward some design ideas and suggestions for the pot temperature detection method and temperature compensation method in the field of household intelligent gas stove.
