清代滇盐生产的灾害叙事--以水灾为中心的考察

A Narrative of the Disasters of Salt Production in Yunnan in the Qing Dynasty: A Survey with Flood as the Center

云南一直是清王朝的重要盐产地,滇盐的生产为清朝的统治提供了一个重要支撑。然而不可忽视的是,清代滇盐在生产的过程中,同样也是艰难发展。频繁发生的自然灾害,威胁滇盐生产者的生命安全、破坏滇盐生产的劳动工具、损坏生产者的劳动成果,给滇盐的生产区带来严重灾难。而相比其他灾害而言,对滇盐生产威胁最大的则是频繁发生的水灾。故此,本文以灾害史为研究视角,以清代水灾为线索,试图揭示清代滇盐生产与灾害之间的关系。

Yunnan salt has always been an important salt producing area in the Qing Dynasty.The production of Yunnan salt provided an important support for the Qing Dynasty’s rule.However,it cannot be ignored that the production process of Yunnan salt in the Qing Dynasty was also difficult to develop.Frequent natural disasters threatened the life safety of Yunnan salt producers,destroyed the labor tools of Yunnan salt production,damaged the labor results of the producers and brought serious disasters to the production area of Yunnan salt.Compared with other disasters,the biggest threat to Yunnan salt production is the frequent floods.Therefore,this paper takes the history of disasters as a research perspective and the floods in the Qing Dynasty as a clue to try to reveal the relationship between salt production and disasters in the Qing Dynasty.
