摘要 新形势下,高校落实跨专业融合的艺术设计教育才能满足时代发展和市场变化需求,并真正实现教育模式的创新变革,不断培养出综合素质较高的复合型艺术设计人才。但在当前阶段,艺术设计教育落实跨专业融合理念还面临一系列问题,教育者的跨专业意识不足、教育目标片面、教育方式单一及校企合作不深入等,严重影响人才培养的效果。所以,高校应培养教育者的跨专业意识,组建“双师型”教育者队伍,引领融合教育的开展,并着眼于教育目标的完善、教育方式的创新和课程体系的健全,从细小处入手助力跨专业融合教育的顺利推进,也要积极加强与企业的深入合作,为培养复合型艺术设计人才创设良好环境、提供保障。 Under the new situation,colleges and universities implement cross-professional integrated art design education to meet the needs of the development of the times and market changes,and truly realize the innovation and transformation of education mode,and continuously cultivate high-quality composite art design talents.However,at the current stage,the implementation of the concept of inter-professional integration in art and design education is still facing a series of problems.The lack of inter-professional awareness of educators,one-sided educational goals,single educational methods,and incomplete school-enterprise cooperation have seriously affected the effect of talent training.Therefore,colleges and universities should cultivate the cross-professional awareness of educators,form a team of “dual-professional” educators,lead the development of integrated education,and focus on the improvement of educational goals,the innovation of educational methods,and the soundness of the curriculum system.To facilitate the smooth advancement of cross-professional integrated education from the smallest points,we must also actively strengthen in-depth cooperation with enterprises to create a good environment and provide guarantees for cultivating interdisciplinary art and design talents.
