胜利油田电网因油而生、因油而兴,伴随着胜利油田勘探开发而建设,形成以220 kV网络为构架,110 kV网络为主网,35 kV网络遍布油区的大型企业电网。随着国家碳达峰碳中和目标的提出,胜利油田全方位深层次推进绿色发展战略,电力建设主动融入新能源发展规划布局,积极构建具有胜利特色的新型电力系统,助力胜利油田能源结构调整和绿色转型发展,为实现碳中和目标积极贡献力量。介绍了胜利油田电网现状和绿色低碳发展任务,论述了胜利油田新型电力系统建设和绿色转型发展目标,并从五方面给出了胜利油田新型电力系统建设和绿色转型发展路径。

Shengli Oilfield Power Grid was born and prospered by oil.It was constructed along with the exploration and development of Shengli Oilfield,forming a large-scale enterprise power grid with 220 kV network as the framework,110 kV network as the main network,and 35 kV network throughout the oilfield.With the national goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality being put forward,Shengli Oilfield promotes the green development strategy in an all-round and in-depth way,actively integrates power construction into the development program and layout of new energy,actively builds a new power system with Shengli characteristics,and assists energy structure adjustment and green transformation development in Shengli Oilfield,and actively contribute to the realization of carbon neutrality.The current situation of Shengli Oilfield power grid and the green and low-carbon development task were introduced,the goal of construction of new power system and green transformation development in Shengli Oilfield was discussed,and the path for construction of new power system and green transformation development in Shengli Oilfield was given from five aspects.
