摘要
位于胜利油田滩涂区域的电杆,在海水和地面氯离子的富集与渗透下,会逐步腐蚀破损。通过成熟的钢筋混凝土结构使用年限计算理论,结合胜利油田滩涂区域电杆的运行条件,对胜利油田滩涂区域电杆腐蚀破损年限进行计算,确认影响电杆运行寿命的各项因素。通过计算与分析,提出增大混凝土保护层厚度,提高密实度,提升混凝土品质等措施,可以使电杆耐久性达到20 a以上。
The pole located in the tidal flat area of Shengli Oilfield will gradually corrode and damage due to the enrichment and infiltration of seawater and ground chloride ion.Through the mature calculation theory of the service life of reinforced concrete structure,combined with the operating condition of the pole in the tidal flat area of Shengli Oilfield,the corrosion and damage life of the pole in the tidal flat area of Shengli Oilfield was calculated,and various factors affecting the operating life of the pole were confirmed.Through calculation and analysis,it is proposed to increase the thickness of the concrete protective layer,improve the density,and improve the quality of concrete,etc.,the durability of the pole can reach more than 20 a.
