磷酸铁锂退役电池储能系统健康度在线评估研究

摘要 电池健康度快速在线评估是提高退役电池储能系统运行过程一致性与安全性的重要技术之一。对磷酸铁锂退役电池储能系统健康度在线评估进行研究,采用概率密度函数分析磷酸铁锂退役电池储能系统充电电压变化特征,以及充电电压与电池健康度的关系。研究结果表明,在单体电池充电电压范围较为一致时,电池健康度与充电电压最大概率密度之间有较好的线性关系;在单体电池充电电压范围相差较大时,抛物线拟合模型能够较好地反映充电电压最大概率密度与电池健康度之间的关系。利用构建的电池健康度模型,通过实时采集磷酸铁锂退役电池储能系统充电电压数据,可以实现电池健康度的快速在线评估。 Rapid online assessment of battery’s health degree is one of the important technologies to improve the consistency and safety of the operation process of retired battery energy storage system.The online assessment of the health of retired lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system was studied,and the probability density function was used to analyze the charging voltage variation characteristics of retired lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system,as well as the relationship between charging voltage and battery’s health degree.The findings show that there is a good linear relationship between the battery’s health degree and the maximum probability density of the charging voltage when the charging voltage range of the single battery is relatively consistent.When the charging voltage range of the single battery is quite different,the parabolic fitting model can better reflect the relationship between the maximum probability density of the charging voltage and the battery’s health degree.Using the constructed battery’s health degree model,the rapid online assessment of battery’s health degree can be achieved by collecting the charging voltage data of the retired lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system in real time.
