电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定进口金精矿砷含量 被引量:1

Determination of Arsenic in Imported Gold Concentrate by Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry

摘要 针对进口金精矿砷含量波动大,现行国家标准化学分析方法分别适用于不同含量范围的试样,为便于方法选择,建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定砷含量的方法。通过对比现行国家标准,参考砷元素试样的消解方法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法应用的相关文献进行试验,得出适合进口金精矿砷含量的最佳分析条件,确定采用(1+1)王水溶样,(1+9)盐酸对试样溶液进行定容,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定试样溶液。本方法对样品消解时间、定容介质、共存元素干扰、方法的准确度和精密度等方面进行了试验,测定结论正确合理,方法检出限为0.00024%,相对标准偏差为0.99%~1.91%,回收率为98.0%~102.0%,方法精度好,测量领域广泛,准确性和精密度均满足使用条件,适合国际贸易中进口金精矿砷含量的快速分析。 In view of the large fluctuation of arsenic content in imported gold concentrate,the current national standard chemical analysis methods are applicable to samples with different content ranges.In order to facilitate the selection of methods,a method for the determination of arsenic content by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry is established.By comparing the current national standards,referring to the relevant literature on the digestion method of arsenic samples and the application of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,this study tested the test conditions to obtain the best analysis conditions suitable for the arsenic content of imported gold concentrate.It was determined that(1+1)aqua regia soluble sample and(1+9)hydrochloric acid was used to fix the volume of the sample solution,which was then determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.This method has tested the sample digestion time,constant volume medium,coexisting element interference,accuracy and precision of the method.The determination conclusion is correct and reasonable.The detection limit of the method is 0.00024%,the relative standard deviation is 0.99%-1.91%,and the recovery is 98.0%-102.0%.The method has good precision,a wide range of measurement fields,and the accuracy and precision meet the use conditions.It is suitable for the rapid analysis of arsenic content in imported gold concentrates in international trade.
