知识滥用风险下的企业制造外包策略研究

企业与竞争者共用供应商时,公用供应商可能滥用企业的知识为其竞争者制造仿冒零部件.通过构建企业与竞争者不共用供应商、共用供应商且知识滥用未发生、共用供应商且知识滥用发生时的Stackelberg博弈模型,比较了不同情境下的各方利润,分析了企业的供应商选择策略、企业的供应商知识滥用防控策略.研究表明:影响供应商选择策略的专用供应商开发成本阈值、企业防控公用供应商知识滥用的赔偿金下限均与企业和竞争者的零部件单位生产成本差异比有关.

When the enterprise cooperates with the supplier of its competitor,the common supplier may misappropriate the enterprise’s knowledge to make counterfeit components for the competitor.This paper develops Stackelberg game models when the enterprise and its competitor do not share supplier,share the supplier and knowledge misappropriation does not occur,share the supplier and knowledge misappropriation occurs.The profits of each side in different scenarios are compared;and the enterprise’s supplier selection strategy,knowl-edge misappropriation prevention strategy are analyzed.The results show that the dedicated supplier development cost threshold that affects the enterprise’s supplier selection strategy,and the lower limit of the compensation set by the enterprise to prevent knowledge misap-propriation are related to the difference ratio of the components unit production costs of the enterprise and its competitor.
