摘要
选取某典型液化天然气(LNG)接收站,开展特定工况下气化生产线综合能耗测试,计算单位气化外输电耗,分析测试结果,提出优化运行建议。建议从优化生产线运行方式、利用峰谷电价差运行、控制降低蒸发气(BOG)产生量、控制海水进出口温差、增加电容补偿等方面节电降费。
A typical liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving station is selected to carry out comprehensive energy consumption test of the gasification production line under specific working conditions,calculate the unit gasification external transmission power consumption,analyze the test results,and propose optimal operation suggestions.It is suggested to optimize the operation mode of the production line,use the peak-valley electricity price difference to operate,control the reduction of boil off gas(BOG)production,control the temperature difference between seawater inlet and outlet,and increase capacitance compensation to save electricity and reduce costs.
