摘要
采用CFD模拟软件,模拟分析了昆明某水电公司集控中心大楼配套A级数据中心新建的UPS机房空调气流组织。模拟分析送风口位置、数量、有效面积这3个参数对机房空调气流组织和热环境评价指标参数SHI值、RHI值的影响。结果表明:UPS机房中送风口布置位置对气流组织效果影响较大,该位置可根据模拟结果优化确定;送风口数量达到一定数量时,再增加送风口数量对气流组织效果和热环境评价指标参数影响不明显;送风口有效面积在50%左右可取得较好的机房气流组织分布效果。
Using the CFD simulation software,the air-conditioning air distribution of the newly built UPS machine room in the central control center building of a hydropower company in Kunming was simulated and analyzed.The effects of location,quantity and effective area of air supply outlet on air distribution and thermal environment evaluation index SHI and RHI of air conditioning in the UPS room are simulated and analyzed.The analysis conclusion is that the location of the air supply outlet in the UPS room has a great influence on the air distribution effect,and the location can be optimized according to the simulation results.When the number of air supply outlets reaches a certain number,the influence of increasing the number of air supply outlets on air distribution effect and thermal environment evaluation index parameters is not obvious.The final air supply orifice opening rate of about 50%can achieve better air distribution effect in the UPS room.
