摘要
对于不同气体燃料,富氧燃烧对燃烧过程所呈现出的影响方式存在巨大差异,了解这些差异对各种燃料科学运用富氧技术实现洁净燃烧目标具有重要的意义。提出描述富氧程度的两个基础参量,即过量氧气系数αF与富氧度ΔF,以2个基础参量为参变量,针对4种常见气体燃料(LNG、COG、LDG、BFG),计算富氧程度对各燃烧特性参数的影响。结果显示:对于4种气体,根据ΔF对参数的影响效果分为4个区域,即ΔF≤7%,7%<ΔF≤19%,19%<ΔF≤39%,ΔF>39%,且4种气体在4个区域中有着明显的差别;α_(F)与ΔF对η、β_(resun)和能耗的作用相反。
For different gas fuels,there are great differences in the ways of oxygen-enriched combustion affecting the combustion process.Understanding these differences is of great significance to the scientific application of oxygenenriched technology to achieve clean combustion goals of various fuels.In this paper,two basic parameters are proposed to describe the degree of oxygen enrichment:Excess oxygen coefficientαF and oxygen-enriched degreeΔF.Taking the two basic parameters as parameters,the effects of oxygen enrichment degree on the combustion characteristic parameters of four common gaseous fuels(LNG,COG,LDG and BFG)are calculated.The results showed as follows:For the four gases,according to the influence ofΔF on each parameter,it can be divided into four regions:ΔF≤7%,7%<ΔF≤19%,19%<ΔF≤39%,ΔF>39%,and the four gases have obvious differences in the four regions;the effect of α_(F) onη,β_(resun) and energy consumption is opposite to that ofΔF.
