长江经济带城市工业生态效率时空特征演化及作用因素

Spatial-temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Urban Industrial Eco-efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

运用SBM模型、核密度估计及地理探测器等方法,对2010—2019年长江经济带108个地级及以上城市工业生态效率进行测度,分析其时空特征演化及作用因素,结果表明:10年间,长江经济带城市工业生态效率整体呈现上升的趋势,工业生态效率水平高的城市数量逐渐增加,水平较低的城市逐渐向水平较高的城市转变,区域内部城市工业生态效率差异逐渐缩小;工业生态效率水平高的城市主要聚集在上游成渝经济区、中游城市群和下游长三角城市群,中游地区总体优于上游地区,与下游地区存在一定差距;经济发展水平和投资水平是影响长江经济带城市工业生态效率的主要和次要因素。经济发展水平与经济密度的交互作用强度最大,二者的共同变化对城市工业生态效率的影响最为显著。为此,应改进生产技术、加强区域内部联系、提高城市经济发展水平,创造工业优质发展和生态环境不断改善的协同发展新局面。

Based on the methods of SBM model,kernel density estimation and geographic detectors,the industrial eco-efficiency of 108 prefecture-level and above cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019 was measured,and the evolution of its spatial-temporal characteristics and the influencing factors were analyzed.The results showed that:From 2010 to 2019,the industrial eco-efficiency of cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was on the rise as a whole.The number of cities with high industrial eco-efficiency is increasing gradually,and the cities with low industrial eco-efficiency are gradually changing to the cities with high industrial eco-efficiency.The differences in industrial eco-efficiency of cities within the region are gradually narrowing.Cities with high level of urban industrial eco-efficiency are mainly concentrated in Chengdu-Chongqing economic Zone in the upper reaches,urban agglomerations in the middle reaches and urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta in the lower reaches.The level of economic development and investment are the main and secondary factors affecting urban industrial eco-efficiency of cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The interaction between economic development level and economic density is the strongest,and the joint change of the two has the most significant impact on urban industrial eco-efficiency.Accordingly,this paper puts forward corresponding policy inspirations such as improving production technology,strengthening intra-regional connections,and improving the level of urban economic development.
