摘要 当前全球科技创新已经进入密集活跃期,我国相关技术领域也已从跟跑向并跑转变,迫切需要在前沿技术、颠覆性技术等方面开展自主创新,以支撑国家科技创新发展。高校作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,必须从科研组织管理模式、创新人才成长培育、创新服务能力提升、新形势下的全球化建设等方面入手,构建创新生态环境,并以解决一系列“卡脖子”技术难题为创新目标,积极服务国家重大战略和区域经济发展。 At present,global scientific and technological innovation has entered an intensive and active period,and our country’s related technological fields have also changed from running behind others to running side by side with others.There is an urgent need in innovating independently in terms of cutting-edge technologies and disruptive technologies to support the development of national scientific and technological innovation.As an important part of the national innovation system,colleges and universities must deal with the management mode of scientific research organizations,the growth and cultivation of innovative talents,the improvement of innovative service capabilities.They should build an innovative ecological environment and solve a series of the“stuck neck”technical problems as the goal of innovation,and it also should serve the country’s major strategies and regional economic development actively.
