“三大规范”的实践与探索——以电子科技企业为例

企业在提升技术创新能力转化过程中,技术标准子体系中的核心(即设计规范、工艺规范和试验规范)是关键。本文以电子科技企业为例,分析企业在“三大规范”实施过程中所遇到的瓶颈,进一步展开调研,并提出推动规范有效实施的解决方法,目前该解决方法已取得了良好成效,希望此探索能为相关企业提供借鉴。

In the process of improving the transformation of technological innovation capability,the"three major specifications",namely design specification,process specification and test specification,is the core of the enterprise's technical standard subsystem.Based on the example of electronic technology enterprises,this paper analyzes the bottlenecks encountered by enterprises in the implementation of the"three major specifications,"conducts further research,and proposes solutions to promote the effective implementation of the specifications,and has achieved good results.It is hoped that this exploration can provide reference for relevant enterprises.
