摘要
结合流域特色构建流域地区复合生态经济系统耦合协调发展模型,并借助GIS软件对长江三峡生态经济走廊重庆段11个县区2015—2019年的复合生态经济系统耦合协调发展水平的演进过程和区域差异进行动态分析,通过fsQCA方法探究其耦合协调发展的影响路径。研究发现:首先,该地区复合生态经济系统的耦合协调度总体呈持续上升趋势,呈现高低值相间的空间分布格局和“橄榄形”的结构发展模式。其次,政策引领下的数字孪生流域管理与互联网支撑下的组织协调、配合协作机制是影响其协调发展的两条主要路径。根据研究结论提出促进流域地区生态经济高质量发展的相关政策建议。
In this paper,we construct a model for the coupled and coordinated development of the compound ecological and economic system in the basin area with the characteristics of the basin,and dynamically analyze the evolution process and regional differences of the coupled and coordinated development level of the compound ecological and economic system in the 11 counties and districts of Chongqing section of the Yangtze River Three Gorges Ecological and Economic Corridor from 2015 to 2019 with the help of GIS,and further explore its coupled and coordinated development based on the fsQCA method.The impact paths of coordinated development were further explored based on the fsQCA method.The study found that the coupling and coordination level of the composite ecological and economic system in the corridor showed a continuous upward trend,with a spatial distribution pattern of high and low values and an“olive-shaped”structural development pattern;the digital industry twin watershed management led by policies and the coordination and collaboration mechanism supported by the Internet were the two main paths influencing its coordinated development.The two main paths are the digital industry twin watershed management led by policy and the coordination mechanism supported by Internet.Finally,the study proposes policy recommendations to promote the high-quality development of ecological economy in the watershed areas.
