老年数字化助餐服务使用特征及影响因素研究——基于北京市调查数据的分析

Study on the characteristics and influencing factors of the use of digital meal service for the elderly:Analysis based on survey data in Beijing

以数字化助餐服务为例,借鉴安得森模型分析服务使用的影响因素,并基于北京市1324份调查数据进行量化分析,结果表明:数字化助餐服务整体使用率不高,男性、自理能力减弱、与子女同住、触网程度高以及对互联网较为信任的老年人更倾向于使用数字化助餐服务,未来收入和受教育水平较高、健康状况良好以及对智慧养老政策更了解的老年人更倾向于继续使用数字化助餐服务。老年人不使用数字化助餐服务的主观影响因素是对互联网不信任,因此,弥合老年数字鸿沟首先要消除老年群体对互联网的不信任感,逐步形成政府主导、社会参与、群体互助、个人主动参与的治理格局。

Mastering the usage characteristics and influencing factors of“Internet+”services among elderly groups can help bridge the digital divide for the elderly.Taking digital meal service as an example,based on 1324 survey data in Beijing,this paper constructs an analysis framework with reference to Anderson model,analyze the current status,characteristics and influencing factors of the service.The results show that the utilization rate of digital meal service is not high;the male elderly,with weakened self-care ability,living with children,high level of Internet access and more trust in the Internet are more inclined to use digital meal service,and the level of education in the future Individuals who are taller,have higher incomes,are in good health,and are more aware of smart pension policies will be more inclined to continue using digital meal services.Subjective explanations for older adults not using digital meal services indicated that distrust of the Internet was a major factor.In the future,the governance of the digital divide for the elderly needs to gradually build a governance pattern of government leadership,social participation,mutual assistance for the elderly,and active participation of individuals.
