新型绿色公共建筑设计实践——以丽水市科技中心(科学公园)为例

DESIGN PRACTICE OF NEW-TYPE GREEN PUBLIC BUILDING:A CASE STUDY OF LISHUI SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER(SCIENCE PARK)

本文以丽水市科技中心(科学公园)为载体,讨论了如何在具体的场所环境中,以崔愷院士提出的开放化、轻量化、绿色化、长寿化、可视化的新型绿色思维为导向,进行公共建筑的绿色设计实践。在建筑对环境的真实反映和两者关系的融合过程中,重建建筑本体和绿色设计内涵间的关联。以“绿色”为媒介,本文通过整理提炼出与场所环境相匹配的建筑,践行“本土化”的价值观,响应可持续发展的时代新要求。

Taking the project of Lishui Science Technology Center(Science Park)as an example,this paper discusses how to carry out the green design practice of public buildings in specific places,guided by the new green thinking of openness,lightweight,greening,longevity and visualization that was proposed by academician Cui Kai.Based on the building’s true reflection on the surroundings,this paper reconstructs the relation between building and green design connotation in the process of integrating building into the surroundings.Using"green"as the medium,this paper sorts and extracts buildings that match the surroundings,puts the values of"land-based rationalism"into practice,and meets the new sustainable development requirements of the era.
