摘要
近年来,中国城市开发由增量模式逐渐转变为存量模式,城市更新逐渐成为未来城市建设和功能升级的主旋律,随之而来的高密度开发模式则与购物中心的体验式迭代升级产生了巨大矛盾。本文通过查阅学术研究与项目实践的相关资料,对近年国内外优秀项目进行实地考察与归纳总结,结合深圳市华强时代广场商业综合体项目的设计经验与思考,提出一些关于未来高密度开发模式下体验式购物中心项目的设计策略。
In recent years,China’s urban development has gradually changed from an incremental model to a stock model,and urban renewal has gradually become the main theme of future urban construction and functional upgrading.However,the high-density development model contradicts with the upgrading of shopping malls which emphasize on human interaction and experience.Based on relevant materials of academic research and project practices,this paper summarizes and investigates outstanding cases at home and abroad in recent years.Through the design experience and thinking of Shenzhen Huaqiang Times Square commercial complex project,this paper proposes new design strategies for experiential shopping center projects under the highdensity development model.
