摘要
根据国家现行规范GB/T50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》规定的安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居五大维度,本文结合夏热冬暖地区公共建筑中的被动式灰空间特征,明确各维度的评价指标,采用DANP方法确定各维度及指标的权重和影响关系,构建被动式灰空间绿色建筑评价模型。本文将评价模型应用到深圳市秋硕小学实际项目中,并对它进行评价,旨在为被动式策略的发展与高质量绿色公共建筑灰空间的建设提供理论参考。
Based on the five dimensions of safety and durability,health and comfort,occupant convenience,resources saving,and environment livability in the current national standard GB/T 50378—2019 Assessment Standard for Green Building,incorporating the passive design of transitional space in public buildings in region with hot summer and warm winter,this paper clarifies the subordinate index of the five dimensions,and uses DANP method to allocate the weights and influence relationship among the five dimensions and indexes,and thus constructs a green building assessment model of the passive design of transitional space.
