多维协同视域下民办高校教学质量问题与提升策略研究

Study on Teaching Quality Problems and Improvement Strategies of Private Colleges from Multi-dimensional Collaborative Perspective

为提升民办高校教学质量,论述了多维协同视域下提升民办高校教学质量的意义,表现在有助于提升民办高校的人才培养能力,有助于促进民办高校的持续发展,分析了多维协同视域下民办高校教学存在的主要问题:生源质量较低,师资力量薄弱,办学经费不足,课程设置不科学,校企合作力度不足。结合民办高校的实际情况,提出了多维协同视域下民办高校教学质量的提升对策:提升生源质量,强化师资队伍建设,加大办学经费投入,优化课程设置,加强校企合作,从而全面提升民办高校教学质量,促进民办高校的健康持续发展,发挥民办高校在人才培养和促进高等教育事业发展方面的重要作用。

In order to promote the teaching quality of private colleges,the study discusses the significance of the improvement of the teaching quality of private colleges from multi-dimensional collaborative perspective.It is beneficial to improve talent training ability of private colleges,and promote the continuous development of private colleges.Then the study analyzes the main problems,i.e.relatively low quality of the source of students,weak faculty,insufficient school-running cost,unscientific course setting,and insufficient school-enterprise cooperation.Through combining with the actual situation of the private colleges,the study proposes the improvement countermeasures,i.e.to improve the quality of the source of students,strengthen faculty,increase school-running cost,optimize course setting,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of private colleges,promote the health and sustainable development of private colleges,and play the important role of private colleges in talent training and the promotion of the development of advanced education industry.
