心理育人是高校思想政治工作质量提升工程的重要组成部分。将高校心理健康教育的典型案例作为研究对象,着重分析引发大学生心理问题的影响因素,提出高校心理育人的对策和路径,以促进学生的身心健康发展。

Psychological education is the important part of the improvement project of ideological and political work of the college.Through taking typical cases of psychological health education in the college as an example,the study focuses on the influencing factors of psychological problems of college students,and proposes the countermeasures and path of psychological education in the college,to promote students’physical and psychological health development.
