Problems and Solutions of the Employability Training of Students of Construction Major in Secondary Vocational Colleges

对中职院校建筑类学生就业能力培养存在的问题与解决对策进行分析。总结了中职院校建筑类学生就业能力培养存在的问题:学生的就业能力培养与社会发展需求不完全匹配,没有充分意识到专业核心能力对建筑专业学生的重要性,公共就业服务体系不够完善。提出了提高中职院校建筑类学生就业能力的具体对策:加强中职建筑类就业体系改革,提高学生的就业能力;突出建筑类专业的技能培养,提高学生的实践能力;优化教师队伍建设,改进教学模式;更新教学内容和教学标准,坚持产教融合和工学结合;强化职业院校公共就业保障制度建设,为毕业生的职业发展创造条件;加强思政教育,促进学生职业技能与职业精神的融合;将就业能力培养贯穿整个教学过程,使学生能更好地掌握未来工作所需的专业技能。建筑类专业学生毕业后可能会进入建筑工程行业从事技术和管理方面的工作,这对于学生来说是一个很好的锻炼机会,能够掌握更多关于建筑工程施工和管理方面的专业性知识。

The study analyzes the problems and solutions of the employability training of students of construction major in secondary vocational colleges.The employability training of students does not completely match social development demand.The importance of core professional ability on students of construction major is not fully recognized.Public employment service system is not perfect.The specific countermeasures for the improvement of employability training of students of construction major in secondary vocational colleges are proposed,i.e.to strengthen construction employment system reform of secondary vocational colleges,improve students’employability;focus on the skill training of construction major,promote students’practical ability;optimize teaching staff construction,improve teaching model;renew teaching content and teaching standard,adhere to industry-school integration and working-learning combination;intensify public employment insurance system construction of higher vocational colleges,provide conditions for the graduates’employment development;strengthen ideological and political education,promote the integration of students’professional skill and spirit;intersect employability into the whole teaching process,help students to better grasp the professional skills which their future work needs.After graduation,students of construction major may enter construction industry for technology and management related work.This is a good exercise opportunity for them to grasp more professional knowledge about construction and management.
