摘要
对办公室后勤管理工作存在的问题及解决对策进行分析。总结了办公室后勤管理工作存在的问题:对办公室后勤管理工作的认识不够深入,管理观念有些落后,人力资源的分配不太合理;缺少完善的运行机制,难以明确划分人员的职责范围,会有些限制后勤管理的现代化发展;部分后勤管理队伍综合素质水平不高,缺少创新意识和探索精神。提出了做好办公室后勤管理工作的有效策略:完善后勤管理制度,增强服务的规范性,采取有效的奖惩措施;征求意见或建议,增加服务手段的多样性,实现后勤管理的现代化转型和创新;突出协调能力,强化服务意识,培养后勤管理人员的求实精神、奉献精神和创新精神。办公室后勤工作的职能涉及方方面面,需要不断创新工作方式,转变观念,利用现有条件积极、主动地开展创新性服务工作。
The study analyzes the problems of office logistics management and the solutions.The recognition of office logistics management is not deep,management concept is relatively backward,and human resource distribution is irrational.Lack of perfect operational mechanism and difficulty in clarifying the staff’s responsibility range limit the modernization development of logistics management.The comprehensive quality level of logistics management staff is not high,and innovative consciousness and exploration spirit is lack.The effective countermeasures of office logistics management are proposed,i.e.to perfect logistics management system,promote the service standardization,adopt effective rewards and punishment measures;consult suggestions or proposals,diversify service means,achieve the transformation and innovation of logistics management;focus on the adjustment ability,promote service consciousness,train the practical,devotion and innovation spirit of logistics management staff.The function of office logistics includes various aspects.It is necessary to continuously innovate working means,transform concept,and actively and initiatively develop innovative service based on the existing condition.
