寒地拖挂式节能警务亭车身结构优化分析

摘要 为了满足北方特定的环境需求,通联客车研发了寒地拖挂式节能警务亭,利用成熟的全承载式客车车身结构,选用专为拖挂式车辆设计的专用底盘,使用创新的无冷桥设计方法,集成被动保温材料、低能耗电器新产品、移动便捷等多项科技成果,采用高强度专用钢材和多层防腐措施,有效保证了整车强度、刚度和抗腐蚀能力,能够达到节能、抗低温的目的,实现了警务亭应急通信、现场照明、强声广播等功能,满足了应急现场指挥需要及检查、卡口、维护治安等警务前移办公的需要,极大地提升了整车的安全性和使用寿命,提供了适宜舒适的工作空间。 In order to satisfy the environmental demand of the North,Tonglian Bus Co.Ltd has researched and developed pull type energy conservation police booth in the cold area;utilized the body structure of full load bus;selected special chassis designed for towed vehicles;used innovative cold free bridge design method;integrated various scientific and technological results of passive thermal insulation materials,new products of low-energy electric appliance,and mobility and convince;adopted high strength special rolled steel and multilayer anti-corrosion measurement.The vehicle strength,severity and resistance to corrosion ability are effectively guaranteed.The energy conservation and anti-hypothermal target is achieved.The function of police booth crisis communication,scene illumination and strong voice broadcasts is achieved.The demands of police booth forward lead office,such as the demands of emergency scene and check,check pass,and public security maintenance,etc,are satisfied.The security and service life of the vehicle are greatly improved.And the suitable and comfort work space is provided.
