摘要
调查甘肃省某医学院校学生环境与健康素养现状并分析其影响因素,提出改善环境与健康素养的有效措施。采用整群随机抽样方法抽取1100名甘肃省某医学院校四个专业本、专科学生,采用《环境与健康素养测评问卷》进行调查。单因素分析显示,生源地、性别、文化程度、父母亲文化程度、就读专业不同的医学生其环境与健康素养各条目及总得分差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。多重线性逐步回归分析显示,医学生的文化程度、父亲文化程度、性别为影响环境与健康总素养的因素。全社会应不断加大环境、健康相关知识的传播力度,为医学生营造良好的学习氛围,提升医学生对环境与健康素养知识的掌握与运用水平。
The study investigates the status of environmental and health literacy of students in a medical college,analyzes the influencing factors,and proposes the effective countermeasures for the improvement of environment and health literacy.1100 undergraduates and specialized students of four majors in a medical college are selected through cluster random sampling method.“Environmental and health literacy appraisal questionnaire”is used.Single factor analysis shows that there is statistically significant difference in the scores of all items and total score of environmental and health literacy of medical students of different origins,genders,education backgrounds,parents’education backgrounds,and majors(P<0.05).Multi-linear stepwise regression analysis shows that education background,father’s education background and gender are the influencing factors of the total literacy of environmental and health.It is suggested for the whole society to continuously promote the transmission of environmental and health knowledge,to provide good learning atmosphere for medical students,and improve the grasp and application level of environmental and health literacy knowledge of medical students.
