Intelligence Big Data Analysis and its Application in Public Security Synthetic Operation

为了合理应用情报大数据分析技术,介绍了情报大数据智能分析关键技术和基于合成作战的大数据应用服务建设内容,包括极致搜索、超级档案系统、关系人分析、人员轨迹分析等。探讨了以数据聚合和分析为基础的合成作战路径:数据融合汇聚,系统整合兼容,自主分析研判数据,生产和交流战略情报及战术情报,研究战术情报。以期通过对智能情报技术的应用开展更加科学、有效、精准的预警和防控打击工作。

In order to rationally apply intelligence big data analysis,the study analyzes the key technology of intelligence big data analysis and the service construction content of big data application based on synthetic operation,such as acme search,super file system,person of interest system,and personnel track analysis,etc.Then the study explores the synthetic operation pathway based on data aggregation analysis,i.e.data fusion aggregation,systematic integration compatibility,independent analysis and judgment of the data,production and communication of strategic and tactics intelligence,and research of tactics intelligence.It is hoped that more scientific,effective and accurate early warning,and prevention and control operation can be achieved through intelligence technology.
