高校毕业生就业质量影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors of Employment Quality of College Graduates

为实现高校毕业生的高质量就业,分析了影响高校毕业生就业质量因素,包括个人因素、工作因素、社会因素、家庭因素及学校因素等。对520位毕业生进行问卷调查,对回收的496份有效问卷进行整理与统计分析,提出提升高校毕业生就业质量的途径:提高毕业生个人能力,提高用人单位工作条件,父母给予正确观念引导,高校提供更全更有效的帮助。通过创新人才培养模式,帮助毕业生调整个人状态,全面提升高校毕业生就业质量,实现人生价值。

In order to achieve the high qualified employment of college graduates,the study analyzes the influencing factors of employment quality of graduates in colleges,including individual,working,social,family and school factors.520 graduates are investigated by questionnaire.Statistical analysis is done on 496 valid questionnaires.Pathway for the improvement of the employment quality of graduates from the college is proposed,i.e.to improve the individual ability of graduates,improve the working condition of the units,guide parents by correct concept,and make colleges provide more comprehensive and effective assistance.Through innovative talent cultivation mode,we can help graduates to adjust individual condition,comprehensively improve employment quality of college graduates,and achieve the value of life.
