摘要
为避免短视频传播对高校学生心理健康造成不良影响,以安徽三联学院学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,对大学生使用短视频的情况进行调查,调查内容包括学生属性、短视频使用情况、短视频对自身影响等。结果表明,学生通过短视频接收的信息较为复杂,对短视频的参与程度较高,但存在人际交往和沟通能力差、自我效能感偏低问题。要充分认识到应用型本科院校学生的特点,了解学生普遍存在的心理健康问题,认真分析学生产生心理健康问题的因素,通过有效的课程教学和心理辅导来促进学生心理健康发展,从而保证学生良好的学习和生活状态,提升其综合素养,为其职业发展奠定良好的心理基础。
In order to avoid the adverse influence of short video transmission on college students’psychological health,the study takes students of Anhui Sanlian University as the research objects,adopts questionnaire survey,and investigates the short video utilization situation of college students,such as students features,short video utilization situation,and the influence of short video on themselves,etc.The results show that the information of the short video which students receive is complex,and their have a great participation degree on short video.There are some problems,such as weak communication ability and low self-efficacy.It is suggested to fully recognize the characteristics of applied college students,know students’common psychological health problems,seriously analyze the factors cause students’psychological health problems,promote students’psychological health development through effective course teaching and psychological counseling,to guarantee students’good learning and study situation,improve their comprehensive literacy,and lay good psychological foundation for their career development.
