高校大学生就业质量影响因素及提升路径研究

Research on the Influencing Factors and Improvement Path of College Students’ Employment Quality

为促进高校大学生就业与个人发展,分析了影响高校大学生就业质量的因素,指出了高校大学生就业存在的问题,包括薪资福利较低、专业吻合程度偏低、发展前景不足等。在此基础上提出了提升高校大学生就业质量的路径:用人单位提高薪资福利,加强人性化管理,学校健全大学生高质量就业机制,大学生提高个人素养,创造未来。应营造良好的就业环境,提升就业质量。

In order to promote college students’employment and individual development,the study analyzes the influencing factors of college students’employment quality;and points out the problems,such as low compensation and welfare,low major conformity,and lack of development prospect,etc.Then the study proposes the pathway of college students’employment quality.Employers should improve compensation and welfare,and strengthen human-based management.Colleges should perfect high qualified employment mechanism of college students.College students should improve individual literacy,and create future.It is suggested to create good employment environment,and improve employment quality.
