普及化背景下我国高等教育布局结构优化的思考

中华人民共和国成立以来,我国高等教育布局结构发生了剧变。伴随普及化的实现,人口数量逐渐成为影响我国高等教育布局结构优化的关键性因素,中西部地区成为我国高等教育布局结构优化的新增长极,新兴城市的快速发展成为我国高等教育布局结构优化的外部动力,对优质高等教育的需求成为我国高等教育布局结构优化的内部驱力。鉴于此,我国应守正不移秉持“以人民为中心”的发展理念,蹄疾步稳加大中西部地区扶持力度,乘势而上发挥少数发达城市创新引领作用,因地制宜促使高校争创“双一流”。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the structure of higher education has changed dramatically.Along with the implementation of the universal,the size of population has become a key factors affectingChina’s higher education distribution structure,the West hasbecome a new growth point for the optimization of China’s higher education distribution structure,the rapid development of emerging cities has become the external driving force for the optimization of China’s higher education distribution structure,and the demand for high quality higher education has become the internal driving force for the optimization of China’s higher education distribution structure.As a result,our country should stick to the principle of"people-centered"development,step by step increase the support of the central and western regions,take advantage of the situation and play a few developed cities innovation leading role,adjusting measures to local conditionsand promoting universities to strive for"double first-class".
