Theoretical consciousness and effective practice of ideological and political teachers in the new era

政治学习作为思想建设和政治建设的重要手段,是自中国共产党成立以来而形成的深厚的政治传统,在新时代,政治学习尤其是高校思政课教师的政治学习尤其重要。但在重教学和科研硬指标的高校学术管理体制中,政治学习作为一种靠个人自觉的软指标难以取得实效,为此,在明确政治学习内涵的基础上,规范政治学习的内容,即学习新时代党的创新理论成果、具有全球意识和历史视野的开放思维方式、时事政策。基于思政课的学理性和政治性相统一的特征和思政课教师思想导向的职业责任,从巩固信仰、及时跟进学、提升科研能力、深入基层宣讲等方面加强实践,从而提升政治学习的实效性。

As an important means of ideological construction and political construction,political learning is a profound political tradition formed since the founding of the Communist Party of China.In the new era,political learning,especially for ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,is particularly important.However,in the academic management system of colleges and universities emphasizing on hard indicators of teaching and scientific research,political learning,as a soft indicator relying on personal consciousness,is difficult to achieve actual results.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of political learning,we should standardize the content of political learning,that is,learning the innovative theoretical achievements of the party in the new era,an open way of thinking with global consciousness and historical vision,and current affairs policies.Based on the characteristics of the unity of academic rationality and politics of ideological and political course and the ideological-oriented professional responsibility of ideological and political teachers,we should strengthen practice from consolidating faith,timely following up learning,improving scientific research ability and going deep into grass-roots propaganda,so as to improve the effectiveness of political learning.
